Ryan spent 10 years in commercial advertising & communications before returning to political advertising in 2015. He brings the hands-on, client-centric approach that is essential to Bullhorn’s services. He has the unique ability to show a client’s conviction on the screen, and translates that into winning campaigns.
Eric Cullen
Managing Partner
Eric is a Wisconsin native and veteran of dozens of Senate, Gubernatorial and Congressional campaigns. Previously, he was a partner at Beast Digital, a premier digital agency in Republican politics responsible for wins up and down the ballot in 36 states. He and his family reside in Indianapolis.
Grace Brown
Media Manager
Grace Brown has placed hundreds of millions of dollars in digital and linear advertising for clients across the nation. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategic media campaign planning to our clients. She is a graduate of Lynchburg College and resides in the Baltimore area with her husband and daughter.
Reagan Gamache
Production Manager
Reagan Gamache guides clients through the production process at Bullhorn. She has extensive Indiana political experience combined with a keen eye for design and digital messaging. A proud IU Hoosier, she also lives in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter.
Ainsley Stewart

Ainsley Stewart an Auburn University graduate in graphic design and blends her passion for people with her talent for design here at Bullhorn. No matter the need, she makes sure it always gets done. After growing up in Texas, she is excited to be living in Washington D.C.
